N2  - Im Rahmen dieser Diplomarbeit wurde ein Java-Programm zur automatisierten Bestimmung der MTF in Volumendatensätzen entwickelt und anhand eines neu entwickelten Prüfkörpers getestet. Mit geeigneten Algorithmen wird die ROI detektiert und über eine Radialintegration die MTF bestimmt.
N2  - The aspiration of this thesis is to programme a software based on Java for automatical analysis of the MTF in volume data and to test it with a new developed phantom. With appropriate algorithms the ROI will be detected and the MTF assigned by radial integration.
