N2  - Die detektive Quantenausbeute (DQE) erlaubt eine umfassende Charakterisierung bildgebender Systeme, da sie sowohl etwas über das Auflösungsvermögen, als auch über die Rauscheigenschaften des Systems aussagt. Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit wurde die DQE zweier digitaler Mammographie-Einrichtungen bestimmt, wobei für vergleichbare Dosisniveaus folgende Ergebnisse erzielt wurden: Für eine Ortsfrequenz von einem Lp/mm beträgt die DQE des indirekten Systems ca. 42% und die des direkten Systems auf Basis von amorphem Selen ca. 62%.
N2  - The detective quantum efficiency (DQE) is considered to be the most suitable parameter to characterise imaging systems. The DQE provides information about both, the spatial resolution and noise chracteristics of the system. Within the scope of this thesis the DQE of two digital mammography devices were determined. The results are as follows: for comparable exposure levels and a spatial frequency of one cycle/mm the DQE for the indirect system was found to be 42% and for the direct system based on amorphous selenia a DQE value of 62% was measured.
