Development of an Java PlugIn to assess the MTF of Cone Beam CT-Data
- Im Rahmen dieser Diplomarbeit wurde ein Java-Programm zur automatisierten Bestimmung der MTF in Volumendatensätzen entwickelt und anhand eines neu entwickelten Prüfkörpers getestet. Mit geeigneten Algorithmen wird die ROI detektiert und über eine Radialintegration die MTF bestimmt.
- The aspiration of this thesis is to programme a software based on Java for automatical analysis of the MTF in volume data and to test it with a new developed phantom. With appropriate algorithms the ROI will be detected and the MTF assigned by radial integration.
